Braces Rally Day 2006

The 2006 Braces Rally ran on the famous Epynt rally stages in the Welsh hill above Cardiff.

Hosted by Braces director, Jonathan Brace who brought his fabulous MK 2 Escort BDA (above) along, the day consisted of a number of runs in various classic rally cars and culminated in two timed stage runs in the Escorts Mk 2s.

Ian is pictured being presented receiving his Winners Trophy from ex British Rally Champion David Stokes for being the overall winner having set the fastest combined times for the two rally stages.
